New (05-02-2010): "Cum-on-pics" should only be posted in the "cum-on-my-pics" section in the the thread with the matching images. Do not create a spearate thread and do not post such pictures in the album or the gallery. (As you are only allowed to cum on pictures that were posted in the "cum-on-my-pics" section, this new rule spares us mods the headache to verify that you indeed had the permission to come on the pics.)

And:

• No links to filesharing networks.
• No filesharing, cracks, warez, and password sharing!
• Do not post images that obviously had their watermarks removed!
• Do not post full image sets (= hundreds of images of the same setting).
• Do not download images from a picture gallery (FHG), upload them to imagevenue and repost them here. Link to the gallery!
• Do not post images from the member's areas of paysites here.
• Do not post links to image posts of other forums.
• No unlawful material allowed (child pornography)
• Do not mix non-nude pics of amateurs with hardcore pictures!
• Do not misuse the thread tagging options
• Do not copy and paste welcome messages in the introductions forum.
• We don't rate or rank members on here.

Paysite pics (copyright/watermark) go into Chubby Babes!
Amateur pics should be posted in the amateur sections.
Do not mix both and do not upload paysite pictures as attachment in the amateur sections!

Whenever possible, give credit to the girl in the image and/or the site where she can be found! (see also above)
If you found them on a gallery/"FHG" (of a paysite), link to it, please.

Image hosters that pay their users for impressions are strictly NOT allowed!
Posts with images from imagecash, imagefap, shareloading, linkbucks and others will be deleted without warning.
Do not use crappy imagehosters like xxxloading.
Hidebehind .com is now also on the banned imagehoster list.
Do not link to the so-called 'Fuskers' from sites like Trouserstew or other fusker sites!

Please do not use pictures of girls who are on the forum as avatar,
unless you have their permission to do so. Ask them first!

Not following the forum rules and the guide for newbies can get you banned.

• Use the forum search before opening a new thread!
  
• Take a look at the "Spamlist" forum before posting! Please do not make posts like those in the Spamlist.
  
• Do not comment on older threads, unless you have something of value to contribute. No posts like "WOW!" or "Great!" on a thread that is already months old!
  
• One word posts are most likely to be deleted whenever I see them.
  
• Don't post things like "Let me see the pics" in a regular thread if you are under the minimum post count to see attachments. Give a short introduction of yourself in the Introductions forum instead and contribute posts of value for others.
  
• No links to file sharing networks allowed. No links to full movies/DVDs, no links to zip files with the content of paysites.
  
• No comments about penis size in threads of the amateur forum!
  
• If a girl running her own paysite (or a webmaster) shares her pictures, do not post pictures of her in that thread, unless you have her permission to do so!
  
• Some couples/amateur posters put a "No reposting" on their images. Guess what that means! Please respect their copyright and do not distribute such images.

Addition for clarification:

The first rule is too subjective; what constitutes a complete image set? I mean, if I post 30 pics, how would you know that it is complete? A set could comprise any number of pictures from two to hundreds. I could also side-step violating the rule by simply omitting the last picture and therefore be in compliance.

I agree, it is a subjective rule, to some extent.
Full image sets can of course consist of hundreds of images.
The purpose of this rule is to not have users take all images from promotional galleries and reposting them here, without giving credit to either the gallery or the paysite.
So the number of images forming a "set" under this definition is quite low, since common galleries have only about 15 images on them.

Secondly, the other rule states that you cannot post images from the members area of paysites. This is where most user content comes from -- they wish to share images from the members area of a site they frequent.

This statement is not right. I don't know what sites you frequent besides this forum, but usually webmasters DO NOT share their the content of their member area. Instead, they release promotional images for free.
There is a big difference between those promotional images and the content that users share (illegally!) amongst themselves.

You then contradict this rule in the next line by stating "Whenever possible, give credit to the girl in the image and/or the site where she can be found!
If you found them on a gallery (of a paysite), link to it, please."

See my first comment above. I don't want users of the Chubby Parade to repost other people's work.
If you find a nice gallery, there is no reason for you to grab all the pictures and repost them yourself, thus trying to get all the credit for the picktures here on the forum.
Just post a thumbnail and link to the gallery.

Please help me clarify, these rules prevent me from posting pictures because I cannot share paysite material (but then must give credit?), and then I cannot post "complete sets", but that is highly subjective unless you know what constitutes a "complete" set. You'd have to have prior knowledge of the exact number of images in the set to find me in violation of the rules.

Yes, the rules are subjective. And I will probably not go into more detail here. If you post 15 images from an image set, it's too many.
If you post only one image, you needn't give a link.
But if you start to create a thread with 5 images from a picture set and do that for 100 times for all the different picture sets of a paysite, I will probably not allow it.

There's dozens of models who had to close their sites, because either their member passwords got shared and caused them a high bandwidth, or whose site's complete content was ripped and re-distributed.
Of course they were not happy about it.
As the owner of the forum I take all the legal responsibility. I have to both satisfy the users' needs and comply with the common copyright laws.
Other sites on the net do not give a damn about copyrights. But posting illegal content, you're just going to hurt yourself in the long run.

It depends on which forum you want to post pictures to.

If you want to share your own pics (of yourself or your girlfriend/wife) you can attach them directly to a post in the "Female Users, Wives and Girlfriends / the Male Users forum. Just click on "Manage Attachments" below the post editor.

Attaching images to the posts in the Chubby Babes section and others is not possible. Please use an external image host there.

Yes, of course you can show your own watermarked pictures.
The best place to post your watermarked pictures is into the Chubby Babes forum. You can't attach images directly there, though.
But imagevenue is quite reliable.

You can of course upload pictures also to your own user gallery. I don't advise you to use a watermark on your images, there, though. Unless you are fine with the "submitted to chubbyparade.com" watermark stamped on them. It doesn't look very good for both of us to have images with two watermarks on them.

Same goes for the "Female members, wives and girlfriends" forum. You can of course attach images directly to your posts there, but they'll be watermarked.

Captures from TV are in a gray area, yes. But for information sakes, and if you don't rip complete movies...
We're a forum here. A forum lives from the information posted on it.
If a movie is posted on youtube and not removed for over four months, I don't see a problem with a link posted here.

Clarification of rules please.

I've just had my posts removed by SpaceGhost for "Hotlinking pictures is not allowed. This post has been deleted"

1. I'm uploading the images which I own the copyright to, to my server and linking them from there. I don't see how this is any different from a link to imagehost or something else (which takes time and is a pain in the ass).

2. In the forum rules it states that you can't upload the images to the "chubby babes" forum - so unable to upload and unable to hotlink ... how do we put images up?

3. Practically every post is hotlinked? ie:
