How do you know that Miosotis made a rational and (business) educated decision? I have serious doubts, especially after the track record of Incredible Pass. Like tricking members into extra subscriptions although they unchecked those. That issue (and others) is discussed on various places. As well Samantha made a corresponding statement. So: If her decision to move on with BossXXX was so rational and obvious (more money), why didn't she just tell that? I stand by my original assumption: that she was tricked into something ("hijacked"). And that she wasn't sure herself if it would be beneficial for her career (and earnings) overall.

Daktari (whom i'm not defending, to make that sure) is working with models like Nadine or Milena for many years now. Models who are on top of every model scout's list. Assuming that he pays sub-par surely would have made them move on to other sites. It's true, payments for hardcore content in general are a little higher compared to softcore. Nadine or Milena do only softcore, still they could (if they wanted) do loads of extra work for other companies. But almost exclusively they work with Daktari. Don't know about how much work they get in everyday life. I doubt that Milena is doing much promotional work. Nadine started her career in German TV about 10 years ago, but I've never seen her on TV again. And Nadine still has the plumper stigma attached to her.

Not "nuts". But my impression is that she has (been given) illusions about how much she can make with Incredible in lets say the coming 3 years. Of course i can't prove that. It's just my impression from how the whole story went

People unchecked the corresponding checkboxes but got billed nonetheless. That's scam! I've seen so many complaints about that. Thus i have little doubt that they are legit. I don't have 1st hand info. I'm only looking at the story with my magnifying glass Running Miosotis-Claribel without having her (almost) exclusively would have been commercial suicide. OTOH those BossXXX models featured on their own slots i'm a bit familiar with (Vanessa Del, Aria Valentino, Kristina Milan - Maria Moore is an exception) i haven't seen working with other producers yet. A HC shoot pays a few hundred more, not a multiple. As well as anal adds a few hundred more. But when BossXXX feels that ClubMiosotis doesn't add up much any more to the overall signups of TitsAndAssPass, he will stop shooting her... and just keep the archives online. Daktari of course would stop shooting her as well. But softcore models in general have a longer career.

That's an interesting thought, I am inclined to think they will call the site after a domain name they own or call it something else.

I will be going into more detail when I update The Miosotis Blog in the next few days but I received a very interesting email via the blog from someone who spent some time with Mio recently. I have spoken with him before and I believe him to be genuine.

If this story is true you deserve a HUGE medal. For bringing downright malicious business practices to light, practices that end the myth about models always having a choice in the decisions they're making, or the contracts they're signing. Such practices of course are not peculiar to the adult industry. I've heard similar stories from the music industry.

I cannot prove anything at this stage but as they say...never believe a rumour untill it is denied. Bossxxx seems to communicate with me in a cryptic way in his pre-scene interviews as with my comments about how he treated his models.
I believe this story to be true, if not in detail, in essence and I also believe bossxxx is so thick skinned and arrogant that he will not bother to respond. I don't see why anyone would bother to email ME with something like this for no good reason.

Without big expectations i sent an email to Daktari (first time ever i got in contact with him), telling him a summary of the story that titstoknees posted above. Daktari wrote back to me. Here's what he said.

Daktari doubts the story, at least parts of it.

He says from January till September 2008 he paid her $5000 each month. In his view it's not very likely that an $2000 offer in August made her risk her contract with him.

In February 2009 she asked for a new contract. But then the mutual trust was hampered. For him, the subject 'more or less' is done.

He added that Miosotis is an independent woman who doesn't give in when being put under pressure. In other words, for him the story from titstoknee's post sounds unlikely, unless they took her passport, got her into sex working and then threatened her with jail. As well he is quite sure that she was in the Dominican Republic in the meantime. But he has no idea where she is currently.

That leaves big gaps, and of course the speculations will continue. But i'm grateful that Daktari, quite unexpectedly for me, contributed a few details. Without resorting to any bad mouthing. So basically this is a private reply i got after i contacted Daktari (although i have his permission to talk about it). But not an official statement (or something of that nature) because, as he made clear, it's none of his focus or priorities to follow these rumors and discussions, or even to comment on them.

Miosotis-Claribel.com lists the updates: 28 photos sets - $45,000 (9x5000). Dunno what she had to do beyond that. But that doesn't sound too bad, no? Okay, when you look at the photos, there seems to be a lot of effort in them, in order to get everything right and to maximum effect. So i'm sure that included frequent corrections of poses f. ex. Serious work for the model in other words, certainly not done within one hour or so.

The new site launched only last Wednesday and already the complaints and cries for help have started coming in to The Miosotis Blog. This is just one:-

“dont sign up to clubmiosotis.com, its a scam, i signed up today and couldnt access the site afterwards, all i could access is increadiblepass.com but then when it tried to access clubmiosotis.com it wouldnt let me......scam..scam... “


Actually you are not missing much, the site has a quantity of poor quality, very similar unimaginative clips..basically a re-run of Kristina Milan with different colour sauces. This softcore work has already been done much better at Miosotis-Claribel in High Definition only this time we get to see her pussy lips (no pink) which as I predicted looks much like the other 3,000 million pussies on the planet and definitely not her best feature. I watched a couple and very quickly got bored…and I must be one of her biggest fans.
The photosets are so amateur it’s a joke..we have all taken better holiday snaps, these look like they were taken by a four year old with a cell phone…Daktari Lorenz must be roaring with laughter.

The best advice is not to touch this site with a barge pole but if you do decide to risk it here are some facts that you will do well to consider:-

Fact 1. Your money will be taken from you.

Fact 3. Incredible Pass still operate cross sales to other affiliated sites so your credit card details will be shared with some of the nastiest people on the internet. (Hidden pre checked cross sales were stopped last December when the card companies enforced their rule 5.10.1)

Fact 3. You will NOT get a reply to your emails.

Fact 4 There is NO effective technical support at Incredible Pass.

Fact 5. The entire contents of ClubMiosotis is freely available as downloads on forums and P2P torrent sites at faster speeds than the IP server can manage. ( I wasn’t going to mention this but the Bossxxx is still fucking over his membership and this is the only way these people are going to get what they payed for.)

We have all made mistakes in those horny moments with our dick in one hand and our credit card in the other but if I had joined, or attempted to join, ClubMiosotis.com I would cancel my credit card without delay.

The technical problem at IP of having the right connection encryption to access the sites has been known for months, Cherokee had the same thing so the fact that nothing has been done to fix it in all this time means that IP are taking money under false pretences and that constitutes a SCAM.
It might appear that I am overcritical of Incredible Pass but they take hundreds of thousands of dollars from hard working people every year and give very little in return (very often nothing) so it is only right that someone should call them to account.

Well, I am sure it was not cheap to shoot all those picture sets. They have quite a lot of them.
Now, I guess they indeed made her sign an exclusive contract. Which means they did not pay her by-the-scene, but on a monthly basis.
