Last night I picked a huge bowl of basil from my garden and made fresh pesto... then today I turned a small portion of it into pesto pizza. Fresh crust, fresh mozzarella and pesto.. and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Ok.. Had to use up my pesto, so I did a little looking around for recipes and I decided to make Pesto chicken. It's a variant on some recipes I saw online.

Chicken breast, covered in pesto with 3 thick slices of fresh mozzarella on top.
Rigatoni pasta with some pesto tossed on.
Fresh Parmesan and romano cheese I grated myself sprinkled on top.
Italian bread hot out of the oven..

I also made salad with butter crunch, red leaf and some iceberg lettuce I had left over from when I made tacos. Added black and green olives .. and tomatoes, green peppers and cucumbers from my garden. I didn't take a pic of that. lol

And that was tonights dinner.

Ok :

First one is home made chicken jalfrazi. Second one is Sea Bream with fondant potatoes, green beans with pancetta and a buerre blanc sauce.

Ok. This was last nights dinner, but I just got the pics off the camera.

I'm not a food stylist, so this is just a piece that I slapped on the plate. lol You can see the pieces of fresh basil in my sauce that I got a battle wound when gathering. The bee's didn't want to share! hahaha

The salad has black and green olives, but I didn't seem to get them on top, so you can't see them in the pic. Grew the cucumbers and peppers. Salad is red romaine and green leaf lettuce. I skipped the tomatoes, because I don't like them. lol

Also had italian bread still warm from the oven, but didn't take a pic of that.

First one is italian sausage and mash with cabbage, second one is a starter of palma ham wrapped sweet potato, with poached egg and last one is a simple chicken caesar salad.

Its no wonder im getting fat !

Two more

First one is Honey and Mustard Glazed Pork, on a bed of green beans with a mustard cream sauce.

Second one is Egg fried rice, with Chinese style Pork. On top is a onion and carrot spicy salad, all dressed with a chinesey soy / hoisin sauce
